Crab in Bean Paste and Eggs

Crabs a favourite seafood in this region is cooked in many different ways. Today, let me recommend you a rather unique way of cooking -fried crabs in bean paste and eggs.

Usually not found in restaurants, this is a delicacy whipped up by my godfather. Its taste a little salty but with fresh crabs, the flesh would be soft and tender. The gravy is best mixed with plain rice. Am sure you will take more rice than you usually would as the gravy seems a little addictive.

No complaints when you have crabs at home because you know a clean washroom is always available. You can eat to your heart's desire in comfort. If you are interested in this dish, let me know and we'll arrange a feast at Pasir Ris.
